Hello! I’m a dynamic senior leader with expertise in brand development, marketing, communications, and strategic planning. Drawing from my diverse professional background, I support teams of all sizes in education, non-profit, and corporate environments.

My clients' challenges don’t fit inside a box, and neither do my skills. I create customized deliverables to match a team’s objectives, resources, appetite for change, and capacity to sustain the work into the future. My goal is to leave teams capable and confident – clear about their purpose and prepared with the tools they need to expand their reach, partnerships, and impact.

Prior to consulting, I was the Chief Marketing Officer at Teaching Strategies where I led a full company rebrand and marketing launch strategy for early childhood’s leading products and services – Teaching Strategies GOLD® and The Creative Curriculum® system. At Discovery Networks, I led an affiliate marketing team responsible for brand management and marketing strategy for new and emerging channels. In Target Stores’ advertising division, I designed and delivered a national training program and within several non-profits I’ve managed communications and fundraising initiatives.

I live just outside of Washington, DC in Bethesda, MD with my husband, two teens, and one spoiled dog. Volunteerism is my second job, where I follow my passion for building equitable futures on the board and leadership team of the B-CC High School Educational Foundation and dedicate weekend hours to being a swim, field hockey, and cross-country mom. I am happiest around a firepit with friends, exploring the coast of downeast Maine, or immersed in live music and great art.
